ZenaTech Unveils AI-Powered ZenaDrone 1000 for Large-Scale Production
ZenaTech, Inc. has finalized the third-generation design of its AI-powered ZenaDrone 1000, marking a significant milestone in drone technology for both defense and commercial markets.

ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA), a leading technology company specializing in AI drones, Drone as a Service (DaaS), enterprise SaaS, and Quantum Computing solutions, has announced the completion of its third-generation design for the ZenaDrone 1000. This multifunctional drone is set to become the company's "production model" for scaling up manufacturing, targeting both U.S. defense and commercial markets.
The ZenaDrone 1000 features significant upgrades from its predecessors, including a more powerful 100-volt propulsion system and an aerodynamic carbon fiber body. These enhancements enable longer flight times, faster speeds, and heavier lift capabilities, making it ideal for tasks such as aerial surveys, cargo transport, and crop spraying. The drone is a medium-sized autonomous VTOL quadcopter with eight rotors, capable of lifting up to forty kilograms.
ZenaDrone plans to manufacture at least ten units per month starting in Q1 2025 at its facility in Sharjah, UAE. For U.S. Department of Defense applications, production will take place in Phoenix, Arizona. The company's supply chain is fully compliant with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and it is preparing to apply for Green UAS and Blue UAS certifications, which are essential for selling drones to the U.S. DoD.
The ZenaDrone 1000 has already completed paid trials with both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy, demonstrating its potential for critical cargo transport in the field. The global military drone market is projected to grow significantly, from $14 billion in 2023 to $47 billion by 2032.
ZenaTech's focus on AI-powered drones aligns with the growing demand for advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in various sectors. The company's commitment to innovation and customer needs positions it well in the competitive drone market, offering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings across industries.
