ASUS has made a significant entry into the Indian market with the launch of two new AI-powered laptops: the Zenbook A14 and Vivobook 16. These devices are equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon processors, designed to enhance user experience through advanced performance and innovative features.

Zenbook A14: Lightweight and Powerful


The ASUS Zenbook A14 is touted as the world's lightest Copilot+ PC, weighing just 980 grams. Its design features a Ceraluminum chassis, a blend of ceramic and aluminum that offers both durability and a premium aesthetic. This model is available in two variants:

  • Snapdragon X Elite processor (up to 45W) for intensive creative workloads priced at ₹1,29,990.
  • Snapdragon X processor (up to 28W) for efficient multitasking at ₹99,990.


The Zenbook A14 boasts a 14-inch ASUS Lumina OLED display, offering a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, peak brightness of 600 nits, and a color gamut certified at 100% DCI-P3. It supports up to 32 hours of battery life, making it ideal for professionals on the move. Connectivity options include USB4 ports and support for Wi-Fi 7, ensuring ultra-fast data transfer.

Vivobook 16: Accessible AI Technology


The ASUS Vivobook 16, positioned as an affordable AI laptop, weighs slightly more at 1.88 kg and features a 16-inch Full HD+ IPS display. Priced at ₹65,990, it is powered by the Snapdragon X processor, delivering up to 45 TOPS of NPU performance. This enables several advanced AI capabilities such as:

  • Live Captions for real-time translation.
  • Cocreator, which transforms sketches into art.
  • Generative Fill in Paint for seamless image editing.


The Vivobook 16 promises up to 27 hours of battery life, making it suitable for everyday use without frequent recharging. Its design includes a slim profile of only 17.9 mm, enhancing portability.


Arnold Su, Vice President of Consumer and Gaming PC at ASUS India, emphasized the company's commitment to innovation. He stated that these new laptops are a testament to their pursuit of harnessing technology to deliver premium products that integrate AI seamlessly into daily life. The collaboration with Qualcomm has allowed ASUS to optimize AI capabilities specifically tailored for their devices.


Both laptops are now available for purchase through various channels including the ASUS e-shop, Flipkart, Amazon, Croma, and other major retailers across India.
